Privacy Policy
This policy explains how 山口穣之 ("we", "us") handles information in the iPhone app "miiLink", the public pages made with it, and this website (together, the "Service"). If the Japanese version and this English version differ, the Japanese version prevails.
1. What we collect
Account
- The per-user identifier Apple gives us through Sign in with Apple. We do not store your name or email address.
- Account status, such as when it was created and whether you bought miiLink PRO.
Your page
- Your ID, display name, bio, profile image, link titles and URLs, social icons, theme, and whether the page is published.
- This is a public page: anyone on the internet can see it, and search engines may list it.
View counts
- Your page views and the clicks on each link, as daily totals. We do not record who viewed or who clicked.
- To avoid counting the same visitor twice and to stop bursts of requests or repeated reports, we use the visitor's IP address in a one-way hashed form, temporarily. The hash is deleted once it has done its job and is never kept longer than 48 hours.
Reports
- The reason, the page reported, the time, and a hash used to spot duplicate reports from the same person.
Purchases
- Your App Store purchase status (whether you bought, and an identifier for the purchase). We use RevenueCat, Inc. to check it. Apple handles your card or other payment details; we never receive them.
Ads
- The app does not show ads. Public pages on the free plan (the pages people open in a browser) may show ads from Google AdSense. Google may use cookies, IP address and information about the page to show and measure those ads.
- The app never uses your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. In the European Economic Area and other places where the law requires it, public pages ask for consent before ads are shown, using Google's consent tools.
Contact
- Your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write when you contact us.
Server logs
- The Service runs on Cloudflare, Inc. For security and abuse prevention, Cloudflare keeps standard logs, including IP address and browser type, for a short time.
2. Why we use it
- To create and recognise your account and provide the Service
- To show your public page and make its preview image, QR code and story image
- To show you your view counts
- To confirm a miiLink PRO purchase and turn its features on
- To show ads, which keep the Service free
- To block phishing, malware and prohibited links, prevent abuse and handle reports
- To answer your questions and send important notices
- To produce statistics that do not identify anyone, and improve the Service
3. Services we share data with
The Service uses the providers below. Their own privacy policies describe how they handle data.

Some of these providers are outside Japan, mainly in the United States. We do not give your personal information to anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
- Account and page content: until you delete your account
- View counts (daily totals): until you delete your account
- Hashed IP addresses: 48 hours at most
- Reports: one year after they are resolved, to deal with repeat problems
- Messages to us: two years after they are resolved
5. Deleting your data and your rights
- You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Your account, page content, images and view counts are deleted promptly and cannot be restored. Copies in backups are erased within a limited time.
- To ask for access to, correction of, or a stop to the use of your personal information, contact us below. We will confirm it is you and respond as the law requires.
6. Security
We protect information with encrypted connections, limited access and by keeping only what the Service needs.
7. Minors
If you are a minor, ask a parent or guardian before using the Service. Do not put your address, school or anything else that identifies you or others on your public page.
8. This website
This website uses no analytics tools and no advertising cookies. Cloudflare keeps standard logs for a short time to serve it.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page, and announce important ones in the app.
